It's just a short walk to the downtown area and the Matera Sud station, making it convenient for travelers using public transportation. The rooms are well-appointed with attention to detail, and the beds are very comfortable. Plus, the hotel offers a great view over the gorge, adding to the overall experience. The breakfast selection is impressive, with a large variety of homemade treats and even the option for a hot breakfast with eggs.

I recently had a delightful stay at this hotel in Matera. The location was perfect, close to the center and within walking distance of the main attractions. The room had a stunning view overlooking a lovely valley, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast spread offered a large selection of homemade treats, including tasty eggs. The hotel was located on a hill which was a bit of a walk, so it might be challenging for people who have mobility issues. parking in the area could be a bit problematic as there were not many spots available.
